Philip J. Chapman is a PLLC in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Chapman is a 1997 magna cum laude graduate of Millsaps College and a 2004 cum laude graduate of Mississippi College School of Law, where he was a member of the MC Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Chapman attended medical school at the University of Mississippi from 1997 to 2000. He currently enjoys a diverse legal practice covering multiple areas and issues in health care law, including nursing home law, licensure and certification, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, compliance programs, fraud and abuse, HIPAA, health care contracting, health care business and regulatory matters. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, American Bar Association and American Health Lawyers Association.  In addition, Chapman has lectured on numerous occasions regarding emerging issues in health care law, including prior lectures for Barristers, as well as various health care providers.

Chapman currently lives in Madison, Mississippi, with his wife, Anne, and their son, Ben.
