Katie is a Hattiesburg, Mississippi native who moved to Jackson in 2007 to attend Millsaps College Else School of Management. At Millsaps she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration and was recognized by the Dean as a Senior Else Scholar. She later earned her Master of Business Administration from Millsaps.

Katie is a vital part of the medical malpractice, nursing home, and Rent-to-Own Practice Groups. Katie supports HAT’s attorneys in the Jackson, Mississippi and Charlotte, North Carolina offices with nursing home litigation, medical malpractice defense litigation, as well as organizing medical and legal aspects of general liability claims. Katie is also instrumental in the services she provides for HAT’s Mississippi Rent-to-Own and Collections clients

Katie and her husband, Cory, live in Madison with their two children where she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time outside playing tennis and gardening. She is a member of Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
