Cindy practices in the Jackson, Mississippi office of Hagwood and Tipton. A proud Mississippi resident, Cindy received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Mississippi College in English writing before receiving her law degree from Mississippi College School of Law. During law school, Cindy participated on Law Review; served as treasurer for the Law Student Bar Association; and was president for the Health Law Society.

Cindy is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi. She has been with Hagwood and Tipton since 2020, serving first as a law clerk and now an associate attorney. Cindy’s practice focuses on medical marijuana, health care issues and consumer transactions.

She lives in Ridgeland with her husband, Jaggars, and her daughter, Aelin.
