Request for Cannabis Business Application in Alabama has Closed
The Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission stopped accepting applications for medical cannabis establishments on Monday, Oct. 17, 2022. At the time of closing the portal, Alabama had received 607 requests for applications, including the following:
- 133 – Integrated facilities
- 124 – Cultivators
- 35 – Processors
- 239 – Dispensaries
- 69 – Secure transporters
- 7 – Testing labs
The Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission will send applications to applicants on Monday, Oct. 24, 2022. Applicants will then have until Friday, Dec. 30, 2022 to file their application.
